The UK government should be looking to stimulate the economy and help and support those who are researching PV efficiency, as well as handing out the relatively short term Feed-in Tariffs. FiT's are a brillaint method of allowing homeowners to contribute to clean energy generation, however large scale solar pv farms seem to be the answer to meet the growing 'green energy' needs.
